Well we would’ve gone all the way to New Bark Town had Luken not stopped me asking for a battle. “Luken are we really going to battle? I need to deliver this egg.” I hoped I could convince him not to battle. No offense to Luken or anything, but my Pokémon are obviously stronger than his…”Yes, we have to battle! I’m your rival!” I blinked at him. “Rival…? When did I ever agree to this?” “You didn’t have to, I have a Pokémon and so do you. Plus I’ve told everyone that we are so you can’t deny my challenge!” He’s been telling&h

I stared at the other man keeping quiet. I must’ve looked rather stiff since his eyes softened. “Well I take it you are; my name is Professor Darius Fraser.” He spoke in a rather important tone. Didn’t I just introduce myself…? Oh well. I kept my voice as straight as I could and replied “I am Aleks. It’s nice to meet you Professor.” I slowly inched away towards the door hoping he wouldn’t notice. “Where are you going? You should at least let me give you what you need to gather badges.” Badges…? What are badges? I would’ve asked him, but he pulled out a str

I lowered my voice so Luken wouldn’t be able to hear me. I hope he didn’t find this as rude. “Hello. My name is Aleks. What…Or who are you?” The strange Pokémon looked at me. Or…I think it looked at me, its eyes looked to be closed. “You can speak with me?” He sounded surprised. I guess I was a bit more surprised since his voice already showed signs of maturity. It was rather deep. “Well…Aleks. I am what you humans would call a Cyndaquil.” His voice practically rumbled. I could tell he would be a reliable and strong fighter. “A Cyndaquil, I’ve never heard

As much as I hate being yelled at being yelled at by your partner is much worse. “I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU INVITED THAT….THAT…THAT NORMAL!” Sin yowled at me. Luken must’ve either pretended to be sleeping or he is an extremely heavy sleeper. I looked around and noticed we were still on Cylan’s Pidgeot. Strange…I thought we had got---“HEY ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME?” Sin continued yowling. “I’m sorry; I stopped listening a while ago. I was thinking about other important matters.” I spoke quietly. I was afraid of waking up Luken though I had no clue as to why. I gl

Handcuffs hurt. But the looks these people were giving me was a lot worse. At least Sin didn’t. He was walking by my side keeping as quiet as he could. I would’ve asked him something, but I was instructed to keep quiet as we went to go visit the Forest Leader. What was his name, Ranger? I never bothered to ask. It never mattered to me. The people who had handcuffed me lead me into a rather dark-ish cave. I said nothing as they let Sin walk in and lay next to me. Sin turned to me and mewled softly “What’s going on?” I waited until the people who lead us here to leave. I kept my voice low and replied with a

Why. A small word. Three letters. Simple right? Nope. You never really notice the small details until they screw you over. At least that was my case. Never did I think one word would be my downfall. Never did I think my own appearance would end up getting me banished from the place I once called home. Never did I think Sin would be forced out of the forest as well. Why did I have crimson eyes? Why was my Pokémon the only "rare" Pokémon for miles? Why did this happen to everyone with "rare" eyes, apparently some prophecy. What the prophecy says? I can't tell you. Why can't I tell you what it says? They never told me anything. My name is Aleks
